It’s a beginner-friendly programme designed to help you get fitter and more mobile in just 30 days, so you can build confidence and progress onto our more advanced ElderFit TV Plus classes.
6 Weeks of fitness (advanced)
6 Weeks of Fitness is designed for the more advanced user, introducing more complex compound exercises to help you build muscle, tone up, lose fat, and take your fitness to the next level. This programme will challenge your strength, stamina, and coordination — leaving you feeling stronger, more confident, and moving like you’re 20 years younger by the end.
